1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

You must be at least 18 years of age or have permission from a legal guardian to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under it. Please ensure that your information is accurate and up to date.

2. Custom Products

Printup specializes in print-on-demand products that are customized according to your submitted designs, images, or texts. By placing an order, you confirm that:

• You own the rights to any material you upload.
• The content you provide does not infringe on copyright, trademark, or any other intellectual property.
• You are not submitting any offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material.

Printup reserves the right to reject or cancel any order that violates these terms without notice.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on our website are in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include VAT where applicable. We accept multiple forms of payment, including mobile banking (bKash, Nagad), credit/debit cards, and other methods listed on our website.

Orders are considered confirmed only after full payment is received. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Production & Delivery

We aim to process and produce all custom orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the courier service. Delays due to courier issues, natural disasters, or incorrect address details are beyond our control.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and may vary by product type and destination.

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once an order is confirmed. However:

• If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
• Send clear photos of the issue via email to support@printup.com.
• If verified, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost or process a full/partial refund.

We do not provide refunds for mistakes caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Printup website (including images, text, logos, and graphics) is the intellectual property of Printup and may not be used without written permission.

You retain the rights to your own designs, but by uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.

7. Limitation of Liability

Printup is not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for your order.

8. Changes to Terms

Printup reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Continued use of the site implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
